KPR is designed to supplement and maximise all your workouts, it is a challenging, high energy work out set in the woodland. We use a number of courses and routes so that anyone, what ever your fitness can take part.
A typical work out involves a short warm up run to our training ground, a warm up, a timed lap (1/2 mile - 1 mile) then a range of interval sessions of kicking, punching and running.
Interval training involves short intense sessions that burn the calories and keep on burning the calories after you stop training. Interval sessions are an essential part of the serious runners repertoire to develop their pace, but also an excellent way to start to get into shape.
KPR is designed to support your training, so the intention is that sessions are every third week, giving you chance to still run longer distances in the intervening weeks.
