A new approach to Self defence combining development of self defence techniques and fitness starting Wednesday 25th September for 4 weeks from 7.45-9.00pm.
Sensei Gillian referred to the combination as cheese and ice cream, however effective self defence requires effective use of simple techniques and the stamina to sustain a defence.
You may wish to bring along protective mitts for use on pads (not boxing gloves). We also have some available for £5 if you require them or heavier ones for £8. We also have some spares that you are welcome to use.
